Together As One Convocation: We want to personally invite you to our regional area meetings; we will be visiting a school near you this coming year. This Convocation will be in Tyler on the campus of our school Tyler Adventist School. Come out and Saturday I will be hosting a seminar on how to start your Men's Ministry. May 22-24th

Who We AreThe Texas Conference Men’s Ministries Department exists to help the men of the Texas Conference be the men God created them to be. Through events such as training weekends and retreats, we seek to leave a lasting impression on the men who attend. Our goal is for them to develop a firmer commitment to God, a stronger dedication to their families, and a desire to share their faith with others.
Men’s Ministries English Coordinator
Carlos began his ministry journey as a teenager in California, serving in the Central California Conference in 2008. He served as an associate pastor at the Fresno Hispanic SDA Church. God then opened the door for him to go on and get his Masters at Andrews University in 2011. In In 2016, God led him and his family to join the Texas Conference as a youth pastor for the Keene Church. Since then, he has served as sole pastor and now as the administrative pastor at Richardson Seventh-day Adventist Church.His greatest passion is helping people discover the matchless love of Christ and experience the life-changing power of His grace. Carlos is committed to men’s ministry, striving to equip and encourage leaders to be vessels through which God can reach their communities. Serving God and serving people remains his driving mission, and I am dedicated to empowering others to become agents of His glory.Carlos is married to Lisseth Castellanos since 2005. They have two sons named, Elian and Tiago Pasillas.Pastor Carlos Pasillas

We draw inspiration from and are challenged by the following famous quote by Seventh-day Adventist Church founder and pioneer, Ellen G. White: “The greatest want of the world is the want of men — men who will not be bought or sold, men who in their inmost souls are true and honest, men who do not fear to call sin by its right name, men whose conscience is as true to duty as the needle to the pole, men who will stand for the right though the heavens fall,” Education, Ch. 7.
